Valon is the founder of A&D Tax Inc. with more than 15 years of experience working with small businesses in assisting with accounting, taxes and finance. In the past, Valon has worked at Deloitte and Touche (Big 4 Accounting Firm) and NBC Universal Studios. He has an undergraduate degree and Masters in Taxation from Baruch College. Valon is a Certified Public Accountant.

Danina has over 15 years of experience working with individuals and small businesses in assisting with accounting, taxes, and finance. In the past, Danina has worked at PwC (Big 4 Accounting Firm), Emblemhealth and American Express. She has an undergraduate degree from Baruch College and is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
